CAR / EAR provides an all risks cover during the construction period against loss or damage to property and third party liability for accidental bodily injury or property damage in connection with the performance of the contract.
Construction risks covered include power generation facilities, oil and petrochemical plants, manufacturing plants, infrastructure and transportation projects. Coverage can be extended to include commission and operational testing, delay in start up and third part liabilities.
